Manifesting Your Vision: The Art of Custom Jewelry Design

Let's Bring Your Vision into Reality

The bespoke journey begins with a one-on-one virtual consultation to discuss your vision.

Investment & Timeline Custom commissions typically require 8 to 12 weeks for completion. To ensure the highest quality of materials and craftsmanship, bespoke projects start at $2,500, with most bridal and heirloom commissions ranging from $4,000 to $15,000+.

If you require a RUSH piece, please use our contact form or email studio@kimcaraveo.com to confirm availability. We make every effort to accommodate tight deadlines.

The Process Upon receiving your inquiry, we will send a questionnaire to gain insights into your vision. We invite you to share inspiration images or concepts prior to our meeting, allowing us to tailor the consultation specifically to your taste. During our design meeting, we will explore your preferences for metal, structural aesthetics, and our approach to sourcing exceptional diamonds and gemstones.

If you have any questions about the bespoke design process please review our bespoke process page, FAQ or contact us with any questions.

The Design & Creation Process

After our consultation, here is how we move forward:

1. Concept & Visualization Synthesizing the notes from our consultation, we will engineer three unique design concepts tailored to your vision. These are presented as photorealistic 3D renderings, allowing you to inspect the architecture and details of your future heirloom from every angle.

2. Selection & Refinement Once you select your preferred design direction, we will source and secure the necessary diamonds or gemstones. Please note: A material deposit is required at this stage to lock in specific stones. Once stones are secured, we offer up to three complimentary rounds of refinement to ensure every detail is perfect.

3. Production When the design is approved, a 50% deposit (less any prior consultation or material fees) confirms your order. This initiates the fabrication process as we move your piece from the digital screen to the bench.

4. Completion & Delivery Upon final polish and quality control, the remaining balance is due. We will then arrange for the secure, insured delivery of your finished piece.
