Embark on the exciting first step towards your custom jewelry creation with a dedicated one-on-one video meeting with our designer, all accessible from wherever you are. To enquire on a custom piece, please get in touch. The time it takes to create a piece varies, but it typically ranges from 8 to 12 weeks.

Upon receiving your inquiry we will send a questionnaire to gain insights into your vision. We also invite you to share any inspirational pictures or concepts beforehand. Please submit them with your questionnaire to studio@kimcaraveo.com. This thoughtful preparation allows us to tailor the consultation specifically to your tastes. The next step is a design meeting where we will meet virtually and discuss what was submitted through the questionnaire. During our chat, we'll delve into your preferences for jewelry type, metal choices (color and purity), aesthetic shapes and forms, and our approach to sourcing beautiful diamonds and gemstones for your piece. The Design & Creation Process

After our consultation, here’s how we’ll proceed together:

• Initial Concepts & 3D Renders: Drawing from the insights gathered from our questionnaire, inspirational media, and during our consultation, our designer will meticulously craft three unique design concepts tailored to your vision. These will be presented to you as detailed 3D renderings, allowing you to visualize your future jewelry from multiple angles and truly get a feel for the design.

• Design Selection & Refinement: Once you've reviewed the initial concepts, you'll select the design that most resonates with you. At this time, we will secure all diamonds and gemstones required for the design, you will be expected to place an additional material procurement deposit during this step. Once the gemstones are secured and in possession, we offer up to three complimentary revisions to ensure every detail is perfected to your liking.

• Confirmation & Production: When you are completely happy with the finalized design, a 50% deposit of the total quoted price, less any existing consultation or material procurement deposits, will confirm your order. This allows us to procure additional necessary materials and begin production of your unique piece.

• Final Payment & Delivery: Upon completion, the remaining 50% balance will be due. We will then arrange for the secure and insured delivery of your beautifully finished custom jewelry.
